My journey in Sound Healing began late 2019 when my curiosity of sound frequencies enhancing and healing the mind, body and soul began. I joined a few sound bath experiences, but it wasn’t until 2021 where my heart was ripped open in a fully immersive Sound Bath Ceremony in Malibu, California (my home state). The chic, welcoming environment and the openness of the practitioner and the participants were so real and raw that I HAD to bring this practice to my community. It changed me in a deep way that I wanted to recreate that magical moment over and over again in my own way.

In May 2022, I decided to host a private Noble Sound Healing Practitioner Training at our family campground in Cumby, TX, Camp Discovery, that was led by a friend who has been in the healing arts for decades. It was a beautiful enriching experience.

Now, THIS SUMMER, I am going to lead my very FIRST ARY Retreats Sound Healing Certification Training! I am so excited to provide my personal experience and expertise in this RAPIDLY growing field.

My style is both intuitive and structured. I provide impactful, welcoming and soul-led sound baths by curating a fully immersive experiences that allows you to settle your mind and body before any sound even begins. How? Each sound bath experience is intentional - the meditation used to settle the mind, the practitioner’s tone of voice, demeanor, and in my opinion, even the set up can make the difference. For me, a sound bath is more than “just” bowls being played. It’s an intentional, powerful time for deep connection to self.

About the Training:

This training is opened to anyone who is interested in learning about the mechanics of sound frequencies and their impact on the mind, body and soul. In this course, both scientific research and intuitive methods will be used.

Who is This For?

Those who seek to expand their curiosity, knowledge, and practice in sound healing. No prerequisites necessary. However, a regular meditation practice is encouraged (If you’re a newbie, start small! Even 5 minutes a day goes a long way).

Those who already offer sound baths but are looking to deepen their knowledge and expertise.

Those in the healing arts who would like to learn an additional skill to incorporate in to their practice.

Our past students have been therapists, psychologist and sound bath enthusiasts. All are welcome.

FAQs:

• Do you have to be “Certified” to be a Sound Healer?

Technically, no. There is no “governing board” that approves or denies your capacity to lead sound baths. However, ARY Retreats believes ethically you should understand the basic mechanics, fundamentals, and contraindications before using these types of methods on clients and community.

• Is ARY Retreats providing overnight accommodations?

The certification will be daily from 8:30am - 5:30pm. Overnight accommodations are not included in fees.

Note: If traveling from outside of the Dallas area, we do not provide airport transfers.

• What is the itinerary?

• What is “practicum”?

Students will have the opportunity to lead a group sound bath experience with Annette to help transition to leading your own groups. Dates will be agreed upon by student and Annette.

NOBLE SOUND HEALING CEREMONIES

Escape the City with a Noble Sound Healing in Nature

Year Round // Private Ceremonies Available Upon Request

This intimate sound bath experience is exclusively for those seeking a unique escape away from the city. Just 1.5 hours outside of Dallas, Texas , Camp Discovery offers beautiful scenic walking paths amongst the immense trees of Hopkins County.

As guests enter our family campgrounds they will be transported to a place of serenity. Guests will only need to bring water + wear comfortable clothing as we will have everything beautifully prepared for a relaxing outdoor sound bath experience (mat, light blanket, and pillows).

Guests will park in a designated area and will be greeted by our certified Sound Healer. Our healer will lead our guests to the yoga deck where the ceremony will take place for the next 1.5 hours.

Before entering the sound healing space, our Sound Healer will cleanse each guest with sage, juniper, or incense. Once everyone is cleansed, guests will find their seats on their beautifully arranged mats.

Once they settle and get comfortable, the healing session will begin with a short mediation to amplify the experience.

After the sound healing session concludes, the sound healer will give time for guests to share what they saw, felt, and/or experienced.

To reflect on the experience, guests will be encouraged to take a nature walk around the property amongst or stay for a picnic on our custom made farm table.

Virtual Sound Healing Sessions

Receive a soundbath in the comfort of your own home.

Virtual sound sessions are perfect for those times you’re craving reset, a reboot in the comfort of your own home or in the great outdoors. This is perfect if you are pregnant, have insomnia, adrenal fatigue, need to realign chakras or simply want to enjoy the meditative soundbath before lunch, a meeting or bed.

Virtual sessions are perfect for coaches whoa re looking to go deeper with clients. Virtual sessions can be 45 - 90 minutes depending on the experience requested.

Join us for a beautiful, quiet afternoon at Camp Discovery’s for our Cacao Ceremony with Sana con Tere- a DFW based experienced Cacao Ceremonialist.

The afternoon begins with a gentle cleansing with copal (Mayan incense) around the body to clear you from any negative energy. You will then be guided to sit on your padded mat in quiet meditation and will have the OPTION to initiate the ceremony with HAPÉ - a safe, non-psychedelic plant medicine made from tobacco, that is inhaled through each nostril that “is used for deep connection to the spirits, animals and Mother Nature, it is very cleansing and powerfully healing for the body, mind, and soul.” It is said to decalcify the pineal gland for higher expansion.

The purpose for HAPÉ is to help you fully integrate into the experience, relax and let go. It is a VERY grounding medicine.

After the optional HAPÉ, the ceremony will officially begin. Tere will briefly explain the purpose and healing properties of Cacao and gently prepare with song and meditation to drink the heart opening elixir.

Please note, this is not a psychedelic experience. It is simply an experience for you to slow down, connect with nature and yourself.

You are encouraged to come solo, with a friend or partner.

Mats are provided.

Bring water, warms clothes and a blanket. Depending on weather, ceremony may be held inside a glamping tent.
