Guests arrived at ARY retreat home and were welcomed with mediation, intention setting, and journaling exercises to prepare for the sound bath at the multi-wave sound chamber, Integration.
The private sound healing ceremony was designed to align the chakras of the body, resulting in waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body.
The powerful healing day was then followed by a delicious dinner at Kitchen in the Desert where guests enjoyed Caribbean and new American style of food.
