In 2018, she founded Diana Guintu Speaks to meet a rising need she saw among high-achieving women: the desire for more than just success—they wanted wholeness. Today, she partners with women in midlife who feel stuck or burned out to help them get clear on what they want next, overcome self-doubt, and step into their next season with confidence, purpose, and emotional resilience.

Her work is rooted in deep healing, practical tools, and the belief that a woman who knows her worth becomes unstoppable—not just for herself, but for everyone around her.

In collaboration with Diana, ARY Retreats has designed a grounded, restorative and soulful retreat rooted in inner child work, self-compassion, and forgiveness.
