What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a restorative, nervous-system-supporting experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. We begin with grounding breath and gentle guidance to help you arrive fully in the moment, followed by immersive tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intuitive sound instruments that encourage deep relaxation and emotional softening.
The session closes with gentle integration and grounding so you leave feeling lighter, calm, and renewed.

Our in-house event designer can help you bring your vision come to life. Need a dinner? Our in-house chef is an experienced local chef and culinary director for a top Dallas restaurant.
If you need assistance keeping your event on time, our Events Coordinator can help design a timeline that feels aligned for your event.
Need advice on which vendors to use? Ask us! We work with preferred designers, coffee and matcha carts, workout instructors, and more.

We have 2 mini cabins and 2 glamping tents with a queen size bed in each.
